The modularity of LooPo makes it easy to plug in a new scheduler
or allocator, as long as they produce (possibly multidimensional)
piecewise affine functions. In the current version, the owner computes
rule is hard coded. This will be changed in the next release, where
the variable distribution will also become a multidimensional,
piecewise affine function. The file format for such functions is
documented in
http://www.uni-passau.de/~loopo/doc/trafo-io-speci.html.
